Caesars Interactive signed a New Jersey deal with Amaya

Amaya Gaming Group is a major online gambling software developer and has just signed a deal with Caesars Interactive in order to provide them with some of the latest mobile casino software, while they are planning to offer the games to New Jersey once the state legalizes online gambling.

An interesting aspect of this deal is the fact that the revenues created by the mobile casino games provided to Caesars are going to be shared with Amaya, which provided the game. Before the deal is closed, it must be reviewed by the authority that will regulate the New Jersey online gambling industry and it’s subject to the approval.
Amaya Gaming Group officials have stated the fact that it is very important for them to start offering online gambling software to companies that are now able to offer legal online gambling in United States. At the same time the form of the deal will allow them to secure some really nice recurring revenue that will allow the profits of the company to grow over a long period of time.

The Caesars Interactive Entertainment CEO noted the fact that Amaya is a company that can provide them with an excellent turnkey gaming platform that they intend to use the moment the CaesarsCasino.com website is launched in New Jersey. Thanks to the high customizability of the software, it will be easy to integrate with the existing operations and bring benefits to all the parties involved.
